Do I Need To Download An App To View A webAr Experience?

No, you do not. webR does not require any 3rd party apps to function, and is immediately available using your standard smartphone camera and mobile web browser.

How Does webAR Work?

webAR utilises the native in-built mobile camera, web browser and processing power of the device to serve up AR content without the need for a dedicated application download from any App Store. Augmented Reality previously had a jarring barrier to entry which forced users to download an app, however using webAR means that users just need to navigate to an experience URL in their mobile web browser to initiate the experience. Getting users to the URL can be done a variety of ways, i.e. QR Code, Link Click, NFC Chip etc. There are 3+ Billion webAR enabled mobile devices world-wide. Most iOS and Android devices built within the last 8 will more than likely be able to view an AR experience. Do I Need to be a Member to Place My Order?

No. You can order whenever you want without being a member.

How Should I Select Sizes?

This is the most important point. As you know, it’s impossible to make refund in 9Poly Fashion, so before you order please consider size table which is located below of the each products’ pages. Please don’t forget to measure your or loved one’s child/children’s sizes according to the size table in the each products’ pages. 

How Do You Provide Payment Security?

As a security measure, we use SSL for purchases. 9Poly Fashion does not store any credit card or personal information that you do not allow, and does not share it with third parties.

How Can I Complete My Payment?

You can only complete your payment with Credit and Debit Cards with 3D Secure Payments. We don’t accept Bank Transfer or Door Delivery Payments. For international orders, please check with your bank for international online shopping payments.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order from the “My Orders" tab after logging in and entering your profile, or you can follow up on our order tracking page using your order number and the email you used when placing the order.

Packaging Information Please?

Your order will deliver in a recyclable cardboard box made of a combination of straw paper and craft paper. We are collabrating with UPS as our cargo partner. You can follow up your order status from the UPS’ cargo tracking system with your order delivery tracking number.

Box Volume: 0.85 Ds.

Important Information: According to the delivery policy of UPS; if you noone not found in your delivery address, packages are transferred to UPS’ hub and should be delivered within 6 days. Undelivered cargos from the UPS’ hub, you will be responsible from the second cargo delivery expenses and fees.

Yes. We can ship to all countries in the world.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Augmented Fashion Tshirts?

Production: Within 12 business days after the bank & trasaction confirmation. (Normal days, not including Holidays or exceptional situations.)

Cargo & Delivery: 4 days. (Normal days, not including Holidays or exceptional situations.)

Is Order Cancallation Possible?

You can cancel your order before it is processed, that is, while it is in the “New" status. You may not have the right to cancel your order, which is in the “Production" status, as it is now being processed. Order cancellation is done by us. To cancel, you can only contact us via e-mail. 

What About Cancellation Policy?

You can only cancel your order while your order is in “New" status. Our cancellation policy is the same like below:

Credit / Debit Card

Your refund will be made as soon as your refund request to the bank you made the payment is approved. The reflection of the refund on your card or account may vary depending on the period determined by your bank. This period is 2 working days at the latest for credit cards and 8 working days for debit cards.

Installment Purchases

9Poly pays the entire amount to the bank you made the payment in one go, and this amount is returned to your card by the bank in installments up to the month you selected during the order.

Purchases Made with Credit Card Points

Your refund will be credited to your card in the amount of TL for the product you will return.

Is Refund Possible?

100% impossible. 9poly Fashion company produces every product as a tailor made and customised one by one. Thank you for your understanding, we never accept returns and refunds.

Also; Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, “Products that are specially produced for the person at the request of the buyer, made special by making changes or additions" cannot be returned, body exchanged or product exchanged. For this reason, please check if there are any errors in the product you have personalized and place an order.

How Can I Update My Profile Information?

After becoming a member and logging in, you can update all your information from the “Profile" tab, after clicking on the username at the top right of the site.

Can You Help Me to Log In to My Account?

There could be several reasons for this:

1) You may be entering your e-mail address incorrectly. If you don’t remember the email you registered with, you need to re-register or contact us at hello@9poly.fashion.

2) You may be entering your password incorrectly. In this case, you can reset your password by clicking the “login" link and using the “forgot password" link.

3) If you are a new member and have not clicked on the activation link in the e-mail sent to you, you cannot log in to your account. To log in, it will be enough to click on the activation address once.

Can I Close My Account Completely?

If we ignore that it will upset us, the answer is yes 🙁 For this, after logging in, you can be directed to the relevant page after clicking the username on the top right of the site. You can close your account by clicking the “Close My Account" button at the bottom of the page.

Any Washing and Ironing Recommendations?

You should wash it with similar colors at a maximum of 30 degrees and with detergents that do not contain bleach.

*We recommend turning it inside out during the washing process for a longer life of the print. During ironing, you should iron it on the reverse so that the print is not damaged.
